Hi there everyone, I feel an immense sense of gratitude for being present here. While connecting with my stones, I experienced a truly profound moment. As I washed them, they conveyed a reflective and loving message to me, revealing how my guilt, shame, and fear became a part of my being and served a purpose in my life. Instead of harboring hatred towards these emotions, I now understand the importance of nurturing and cleansing them with love and compassion. These emotions are now symbolically represented by the stones, external to myself. This realization brought tears to my eyes, followed by a smile, and a deep appreciation for where I am right now. I am sincerely thankful to be sharing this experience with all of you. ✨
